There are two important characteristics of Neural Amplifiers, low-power and low-noise. The main objective of the paper is to design a low-power amplifier for neural signal recording to meet the needs of advanced medical devices. Some of the medical devices may be using invasive probes to collect brain signals from the cells, in order to avoid burns and damages to the surrounding tissues a low-power amplifier must be used. At the same time maintaining a decent level of noise as the collecting neural signals are not strong and sensitive to noise. The low-power amplifier will be designed and simulated using Cadence.
