MIMO synthetic aperture radar for 3D microwave imaging

Multiple Input and Multiple Output, or MIMO Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) system is the radar system that uses multiple antennas at both the transmitter and receiver to improve its performance. In this project a Ku-band (14GHz-16GHz) switch based 3-dimentional (3D) MIMO SAR system is implemented. T...

Description
Summary:Multiple Input and Multiple Output, or MIMO Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) system is the radar system that uses multiple antennas at both the transmitter and receiver to improve its performance. In this project a Ku-band (14GHz-16GHz) switch based 3-dimentional (3D) MIMO SAR system is implemented. The switch based antenna array makes real imagery become possible and can greatly improve the efficiency of 3-D microwave imaging by using a moving platform.
