These manually tedious tasks will soon be replaced by a computerized database designed to cater to the needs of this company. The proposed project will be developed using Microsoft Office Access 2010. In this project, the database is designed according to the company’s needs. Frequent consultation with the director of Tatho Enterprise had allowed the project to be steered towards the needs of the company. In order to reduce redundancy, the project is built on the basis of normalization rules of database design. The project is incorporated into Tatho Enterprise’s operations at different stages of development so that any arising issues can be resolved almost immediately. This will also allow the developer to understand the needs and requirements of the users and perfect the database management system’s user interface. After reviewing the project, Tatho Enterprise expressed satisfaction and has confidence that the implementation of the project will increase their efficiency at work. However, the author believes that more features can be included in the database system management to fully utilize the program’s capability. Future developments will include features such as increased database security and preparing accounts.
