The situation of the material itself now changes from a single phase consistent material to two layered spherical hybrid gel with a combination of a metallic material inclusion. With the metallic inclusion, the stresses induced to the sphere changes and vary through the two layered sphere itself. This report will cover previous works; mainly the analysis of this problem with respect to the gels’ mechanical and stress behavior are done by using various elasticity theory and mathematical methods. It will also be discussing several topics like the need for this study, the introductory study of the hybrid gel, elastic theories and models used for analysis of different constraints. The project will be involving in analysis of the stresses and the displacement, subjected by symmetric dilatation, in the hybrid gel with metallic core. With reference to previous works, the general solutions for displacements, both linear and non-linear components acted on the material ,will be developed through different relationships the material’s free energy and forces acting on it due to dilatation. With the development of the general solutions, the variation of stress and displacement of different radius of the gel and metallic sphere can be analyzed, along with experimenting of the variance of the material’s constants and its structure will be also discussed in this project.
