This project based on Intelligent Tutoring System framework yet revolutionized the approach, instead of traditional instructor positioned as an expert to provide answers; it applies SFBT approach the “Not knowing skill” to let the student be the expert in his own study. This reversed approach “Leads from one step behind” also removed the need of huge domain content database. The 16 real users’ pilot tests have shown promising quiz performance, although not conclusive, it is considered as useful and worthy of further development of this one-on-one personalized cyber-instructor on simple HTML with potential of deployment in almost any kind of cyber-learning environment.
