Your training can be taken in the road, cafe or any other place you have internet accessible computer. Learn what you really need. Learner may have Option to select the learning material that meet their level of knowledge and interest. You also can save the travel cost and time needed to travel to and from school. The platform of the solution was built on XMAPP. (Apache+MySQL+PHP +PERL).Special attention was given in the selection of language and tools to be used. One aspect is to ensure end-user satisfaction and to boost quality and performance throughout the entire design and development of the E-learning platform by development of HTML, CSS, Adobe flash, dreamwaver8, PHP, java script.
