The sample consists of 74 users of sports services, of whom 63.5% were male and 36.5% female. All users completed a questionnaire distributed online via freeonlinesurvey.com. The dimensions of satisfaction used were as follows: facility, staff attitude and staff competence; relaxation, health and fitness; skills, variety and accomplishment. The data was collated and analysed using SPSS. All sub-scales were shown to have good internal consistency reliabilities, with an overall alpha score of 0.83. The results showed that satisfaction was influenced by the three dimensions. Demographic comparisons indicated that female were less satisfied with males all dimensions but there was statistical difference in gender. A significant difference of 0.014 was reported for the skills, variety and accomplishment dimension, between non university graduates and university graduates with a moderate effect size of 0.59. Results concur with the general trend observed in other similar study done in Malaysia, indicating that respondents are most satisfied with the relaxation, health and fitness dimension. More female centric programs, such as group workout should be introduced since female scored less satisfactorily on all dimensions. Tiered programs can be offered to cater to groups of different educational status, due to their different needs. The findings suggest that facility operators should focus on offering a broader base of programs and also improve on quality of programs in order to satisfy needs of the consumers.
