The Voice Recognition technology, which has a history of almost four decades, has been applied in many stages, such as health care, military etc. In this report, I present a voice collection software application which runs on PC and android devices, and I also created a feature extraction application which runs on android platform. To achieve these, android and .NET environment are required. This project aims to do the preparation works in order to test the accuracy of the voice recognition algorithm. The voice collection software is an efficient tool to collect a large number of people’s voices as samples and organize these data for the future research. The feature extraction application is to extract feature the from wav file. It’s an essential step before calculating the likelihood ratio of the testing speech.
