As a result, frontline transport workers like bus drivers have often become unwitting punching bags for irate passengers. This project takes up the perspective of bus drivers in Singapore, to explore the challenges that they face in their line of work. It attempts to find out how bus drivers are recruited and trained to drive on our roads, and the severity of the bus driver shortage.
