One of the main goals of gathering customer feedback is to enable communications between the business and its customers. However it may be tedious to use paper survey alone without automation due to the large volume of data that needs to be analyzed manually. A way around this problem would be to introduce automated feedback system. The solution, which is presented for this project is CAF. Caf.mosuma.org is a website that offers the solution of automated feedback. CAF stands for Customer Automated Feedback. It is a system that allows restaurant owners to customize the feedback system and collect feedback with regards to their restaurant. Data is collected over a period of time and is analyzed to generate useful reports with the results of the survey. Rosebud.mosuma.org is a website that offers the solution of data monitoring and gathering. Through this website businesses can monitor feeds from social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter in real-time and find out what customers want from them. The data collected is used to generate graphical information, useful for analyzing the services provided by the business based on customer sentiments. In this report, I will be elaborating on my contributions towards the development of CAF and Rosebud – Design for Quality Assurance. We have analyzed about the requirements of the system and came up with the specifications. The implementation of CAF and Rosebud was a success with respect to the test plan.
