1) to determine the most effective method to decellularize porcine esophagi; 2) to investigate the recelluarization potential of an decellularized porcine esophageal scaffolds; 3) to identify optimal treatment procedures for decellularized esophageal tissues for Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
