Description
Summary:Solar energy is a great source of renewable energy as it is inexhaustible and non-polluting (unlike fossil fuels). One of the methods to harness the solar energy is by using solar panel. Therefore this report will present the fabrication and characterization of the dye-sensitized solar cells. The report is separated into two parts, process and characterization of the solar cells. The first part of the report will be on the fabrication of the samples. It will be on the process flow, the different types of method used and problem and failure encounter during fabricating the samples. The second part will be to characterise the fabricated solar cell and get the result from it. The fabricated solar cell is characterised by the solar simulator under two conditions (no light and with light) test data and graph were obtained from it.
