At the same time, due to the deepening of population aging problem, telemedicine development becomes a new subject. The TeleHealth application development consists of four main tasks: Android GUI design, health device data retrieving, database programming and web design. This paper will focus on the introduction of first two tasks which basically belong to the hardware programming. This paper gives a basic introduction about the framework of TeleHealth system and system requirement. It briefly introduces two hardware devices that are used in the TeleHealth application development project which are the UA-767 PBT-C Digital Blood Pressure Monitor and Nexus 7 Tablet. It expounds the design details of GUI (Graphical User Interface) followed by the description of main features of the application. The elaboration of Bluetooth API and its profile will also be included in this paper. This paper is end with the user manual that guides users to use the application step by step.
