Ever since the introduction of the online cloud, it has evolved from a simple online storage solution to a much more complex computing entity. Over the past few years, many companies have turned to cloud computing for their computing solutions. With the increased dependency on cloud computing, there is a need to address the problem of processing of multimedia which has very little support. The type of multimedia file that should be focused on is video files as it is the most widely used. As video files give both visual and sound interaction, it is highly complex to deal with. However, the scalability of the cloud should serve as a useful advantage to processing a video file compared to a single computer.
