However, the newly designed and fabricated compact loading machine is able to integrate with the existing polariscope and also provide qualitatively accurate types of loading, which are 2-point loading, 3-point loading, 4-point loading and also tensile loading. With such capabilities, the loading machine is able to aid in future studies of materials’ optical properties.
