In this project, a feature is introduced and the new algorithm is called Improved Harmony Search algorithm with Multiple Parameter Settings (IHS with MPS). It takes advantage of the manipulation of the parameters which affect the exploration and exploitation of the algorithm. Tests are done to show the feature’s effectiveness as well as the limitations.
