Development of Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codes using a field programmable gate array
Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) codes were originally invented in 1962, They experienced an amazing comeback in the recent years. LDPC codes are not only attractive from a theoretical point of view, but they are also useful for practical applications.
