Tutorial video is a growing trend nowadays used in education especially for technical and technology based practical. Image processing and analyzing technique is important in biological sciences. Although ImageJ is a popular imaging software, it requires complex operations. It is hard to learn ImageJ operation especially for beginners. An ImageJ tutorial video and Excel plot tutorial video were made to enhance students understanding on operating ImageJ during BS2010 Bio-imaging course practical. Both videos acted as a reference and guide for students to perform image processing and analysis using ImageJ and plot data by the aid of Excel template. The videos were uploaded onto YouTube for student access. View statistics on YouTube and students feedbacks through email were analyzed. These tutorial videos are effective references for students to learn ImageJ and bio-imaging techniques.
