Statistically shown every year by the Traffic Police (TP) Annual Report, fatalities and injuries of riders every year is disproportionate to the vehicle population by category. There is also a general trend in which contributory numbers of motorcycle user in these statistics belongs to riders less than 25 years old. Road safety is a direct consequence of all road users’ behavior. Motorcycle riders belong to the most vulnerable powered road user groups. Due to their natural vulnerability, it is critical that we understand their profile and have an in-depth analysis of their predicaments and make travelling on the road a safe and pleasant experience for all riders.
