A base model used for comparison was set up using a combination of SCS CN Loss Model, Initial and Constant Loss Model, Kinematic-wave Transform and Routing Model and Recession Baseflow Model. Several different methodologies in different areas of watershed hydrological modeling were used to investigate the extent of change in peak flow rate. These included using the Green & Ampt Loss Model and Thiessen Polygons Meteorological Model. Lastly, imperviousness percentages from past reports were modeled to determine the change in peak flow rate over a period of 30 years due to rapid urbanization in Jakarta.
