For children with disabilities it is even more important for them to develop such skills .In Singapore there are many playgrounds in public housing area, but there isn’t a playground available that meet the needs of children with mobile disabilities. The purpose of the project is to design a playground that is suitable for children with disabilities while meeting the design specifications of the Singapore Standards, within a usual Singapore HDB playground area. The children experience at playground and several suggested approach is studied along with universal design. This forms the basis of design guidelines set during conceptual design. The seven principles of universal design for embodiment design. After the detail design, structural analysis is carried out to ensure its safety. Next a discussion is carried out between the designed components with any similar product available.
