Fin profiles and different material will be studied in this project. Copper and aluminum has been recommended to replace the current material through the study using ANSYS FLUENT. Both materials have its own advantages and neither is been superior to another. Wavy fin profile considered the optimum fin profile for this radiator and aluminum will be selected after taking other factors like cost and maintenance issues and weight beside the main factor which is the thermal conductivity into the selecting the best material for the radiator.
