| 總結: | The implementation of digital platform to replace paper usage in the office remains a matter of major concerns. The manufacturing process of paper production releases carbon dioxide and nitrogen dioxide which lead to environmental pollution and climate change. Deforestation, physical storage space and technological changes are also among the main reasons for enterprise and individual around the world to seek paperless office solutions.
In this project, Web-based Paperless office platform is designed with multiple applications to replace the typical usage of paper in a workplace and aimed to digitalize the work environment. Through real life observation from work experience, several digital applications such as diary, memo, and storage solution are created for the project.
The Web-based platform developed allows users to access the paperless office solutions wherever they go with a laptop or smart devices such as phone and tablet. It is not just a paperless office in the making but a digital office on the move as well. |
