technology. This has made the insight of this project closely related to the fabrication
industry. In this report, readers with no knowledge of MATLAB will be able to
integrate the use of MATLAB image processing tools to identify different layers of
an IC image.
This report consists of introduction of project, various image processing tools of
MATLAB, methods and results of using the tools and conclusion. |
