Detecting whether an image contains a short article becomes important these days. This project introduces a technique to detect whether there is a hidden short propaganda article embedded in an image to avoid censorship through text filtering. The Stroke Width Transform, image binaryzation and discrete Fourier transform methods will be used during the process. Moreover, this report also discusses about the advantages and shortcoming of each method.
