Education is no longer bounded to just textbooks and classroom teaching concept. Educators has been working very hard to create a more vibrant and interesting way to engage the kids in learning. In addition to it, Singapore is also promoting “Protect the earth campaign” where it is encourage to cut down on the usage of paper. With the advancing of the technologies and putting all these factors and constraints into consideration, there has been an increasing number of teaching being held virtually. Through the use of info-communication system, user can attend their desired modules anywhere they are. Also to cater for the busy Singaporean lifestyle, online assessment approach has becoming more and more popular as it can be accessed by user as long as they have a digital handheld device and internet connection. However, there are still rooms of improvement in the current online assessment portal. This project aims to provide a primary 4 online assessment questions that are in-line with the current MOE syllabus. In order to let user have a greater practicing area, this online assessment has been design to generate question in various ways to create no duplication of questions. To create more colors to the boring and lengthy words, graphical approached were added for better understanding. This system was developed using SQL, JSP and Java with the used of the following platform; Eclipse, MySQL workbench as well as tomcat server.
