The objectives include accommodating the process during the conference, giving timely feedback, as well as allowing users to review the papers after the conference. This system built in the form of web application. The first application was providing a mobile web platform for the Photonics Global Conference 2012. The implementation of this project requires web developing languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
