Hydrodynamic stability of locally expanded tube flows
Locally expanded tubes are basically straight tubes with a bulge. Flow in locally expanded tubes were investigated experimentally to provide insights to blood flow phenomena inside the Abdominal Aortic Aneurrysm. These flow phenomena are strictly applicable to expanded rigid tubes only.
