The purpose of this report is to document the process of implementing the Facebook application on image enhancement. The application will provide several enhancement features to assist users to enhance their photographs which have exposure or colour issues. Before the start of the implementation, researches on related projects had been carried out. Incremental and Iterative development model is adopted as the software development model for the application. The application is developed using JavaServer Pages (JSP) which is based on Java programming language. HyperText Markup Language and Cascading Style Sheets are used for the presentation of the JSP pages. To enhance a photograph with exposure or colour issues, it might take some trials and errors with the adjustments. There is no perfect algorithm which can automatically restore a photograph with issues. However, alternative ways of enhancement such as applying effects can be adopted to enhance the photograph.
