This is done by trying to identify factors that might lead to a worthwhile investment in IPOs. The factors being considered are Market Sentiment; Price Earnings Ratio (PER); Business Group; Rate of Subscription; Size of Issue; Trustee Stock; Government Affiliation; and Lead Manager.
