二郎神是一位家喻户晓的神话性人物，自唐代以来便有关于二郎神的传说出现，其中包括了“李二郎说”、“赵二郎说”、“杨二郎说”等。除了作为一位民俗宗教性的人物之外，二郎神也经常出现在文学文本中。但有关二郎神的研究却大多主要关注对其原型的探源，鲜少有对其在文学中形象的研究。本文将探讨中国古典小说与戏曲中的二郎神形象，其形象的鲜明性与可塑性，以及其形象在文本中的作用等。论文共分五个部分。绪论在对相关文献进行研究的基础上，简述论文的动机。第一章着重讨论二郎神在中国古典小说与戏曲中的形象特点，第二章对二郎神形象的鲜明性与可塑性进行分析，第三章则探讨二郎神形象在中国古典小说与戏曲中发挥的作用，以及二郎神形象与宗教的关系 。Er Lang Shen is a well-known mythical character, and has appeared in countless myths and legends since the Tang Dynasty. Apart from being a religious and folk custom figure, Er Lang Shen has also appeared in many literary works. Most of the research on Er Lang Shen centers around the origins of his character, and few if not none has focused on his literary image. This thesis aims to look into the image of Er Lang Shen in classical Chinese fiction and drama, its distinctiveness and mouldability, as well as his effects as a character. This thesis has five parts. The introduction articulates the purpose of the thesis. Chapter One looks at the Er Lang Shen image in classical Chinese fiction and drama. Chapter Two focuses on the clarity and mouldability of the Er Lang Shen image. Chapter Three looks at his effect as a character, and also the relationship of the Er Lang Shen image with folk religion.
