现代汉语动词重叠的情状特征及情状类型研究 = Aspectual features and aspectual categorization of verb reduplication in modern Mandarin Chinese

一直以来,语言学家们都比较着重于研究现代汉语动词重叠的语法形式及语法 意义;最近也有动词重叠语用方面的研究,但关于动词重叠的情状研究则不多。而本 研究也发现,大部分现有的情状分类特征缺乏了将汉语动词重叠有效归类的能力。为 了补足前贤的研究,本研究从语法和语义这两个角度,对动词重叠进行情状分析。本 研究重叠了三类可重叠的情状动词,并采用几个不同的语法手段来测试情状动词重叠 后的语义特征,然后分析及讨论测试结果,即动词重叠后所蕴含的情状特征。最后尝 试将动词重叠归到一个适合它的情状类型中。本文主要的研究意义在于帮助了解汉语 动词重叠的内在时间系统。For verb reduplication in modern Mandarin Chinese, research on its grammatical forms and grammatical meanings has always been the emphasis. Recently, linguists have also begun to study on the pragmatic function of Chinese verb reduplication. However, there is a lack of research on its situation aspect. Besides, it seems that majority of the existing aspectual features are not able to comprehensively account for an aspectual category for Chinese verb reduplication. As a result, this paper decides to build on the previous studies done by our predecessors and discuss the situation aspect of Chinese verb reduplication grammatically as well as semantically. This paper first reduplicates three types of aspectual verb from Mandarin Chinese, next introduces different grammatical methods to test out the aspectual features of Chinese verb reduplication and finally analyses its test results. Lastly, this paper tries to determine a suitable aspectual category for Chinese verb reduplication. The main significance of this paper is to contribute to the understanding of the internal temporal system of Chinese verb reduplication.
