Project sponsors’ requirements were identified and analysed. In order to achieve adaptability, it was decided to build a customized system from scratch. Prototyping methodology was adopted in developing the software to further minimize any misunderstanding between sponsors’ requirements and developers’ understanding of the requirements. UAT was conducted and signed off with only one round of required bug fixing.
