In this project, we study the custom tailor industry in Singapore - a business often neglected by the academics and industry analysts. We view the industry as a traditional line of business that has not made many changes over the years. The industry seems to be diminishing because it has been slow in adjusting itself to the changing world. The custom tailor industry is facing serious challenges. The most threatening one is the ever crowded pool of custom tailors serving a shrinking customer base in the years to come.
