There is an increasing trend for companies to exploit information technology (IT) to manage their business. This has pushed for the popularity of on-line transaction - electronic supply chain (e-supply chain). E-supply chain can improve an organisation's relationship with suppliers and customers through infomation sharing, and product ordering and information retrieval. Thus, an efficient e-supply chain would allow an organisation to gain higher organisational efficiency, reduce operating cost, and increase customer satisfaction.
