Our study shows to procure a better village enterprises economically vibrant that TVEs have made momentous contributions to China's economy and her reforms. Out of the four eastern provinces we studied, Jiangsu was pinpointed as the one having the most potential for TVE development, with foreign direct investments, capital stock, labour and technological progress all having positive correlations with its TVE sector growth. Further, it was also resolved that Suzhou, with the development of the Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park (SSIP), is set to be the next "Dragon Head" of China. Finally, TVEs future in China's economic reform and the role of Singapore in its development is also discussed.
