There are several existing chatting services out in the market with large user bases, however, many focus excessively on monetization while rarely on privacy and security issues, which I believe should have been protected long time ago.
The objective of this Final Year Project is to develop a secure chatting application, which respects the privacy of users. It provides a full-fledged multimedia chatting service, as well as a lightweight social network. Many advanced features, such as location based services, push notification service and self-destructive messages are implemented as well.
A Keyword Targeted Advertisement Network is also built as a monetization method. The network provides a highly targeted advertisement service without collecting any personal information. |
