Besides enhancement of the current system, new features are being added to create a more holistic and organise system by incorporating the current system with histone protein sequences to aid biologist. The report also talks about the past work that has been done and the process of improving on them which led to obstacle being faced and learning of new knowledge that has been gained from this project. It also consist of analysis, discussion and some possible recommendations that can be done in the future to improve the current system. With this objective in mind, we aim to play a crucial roles in aiding knowledge discovery by providing a smoother access to the literature and its documents.
