Technology has become a natural part of businesses who use technology to record sales, generate reports and more. There is a need for solutions which help businesses to operate effectively and efficiently. KACES has been developed for online shops and small chain retail shops to accurately capture business processes and generate comprehensive reports, enabling them to be more efficient and make smart decisions. When customers make purchases, Sales module records transaction details and Customer module shows customer details and purchase history. Inventory module tracks stock movement through purchase orders, sales and stock take. Various reports such as daily and monthly sales and statement of account empower businesses with useful information for decision-making. Using KACES, businesses spend less time and effort on administrative work and can focus on operational and business needs.
