Therefore this project aims to promote a new way of learning by creating an iPad application that provides students an interactive tool to explore the subject in a new way. Logic design or Digital Logic is the most important and fundamental subject not only in Computer Engineering but also in other courses like Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. Boolean expression, truth table or k-map is one of the basic concepts that existed before computer was invented. Understanding the importance and need of having a tool to effectively serve students with the process of studying these concepts, this project is trying to build an iPad application with all the necessary tools for users to study this module in the most convenient and effective way. During 2 semesters of final academic year, the student has successfully completed the project with a working product that serves the purposes stated. It is a memorable and fruitful process of self learning and researching that turn a person from knowing little about iOS application development and Objective C to a person with richer knowledge of creating a mobile/table application as well as deeper understanding of all the Logic Design concepts.
