Description
Summary:Cookanum is an interactive piece seeking to embrace its participants and to immerse them in a sensory experience. The name is derived from Nautilus cookanum, an extinct mollusk sea creature that is one of the oldest in history. The shell acts as a “cradle of life”, inviting viewers to enter the core within the waves of the ocean and be one with nature. Participants are able to interact with Cookanum through a variety of sensors and experience visual, audio and even olfaction output to create the illusion of being immersed in the ocean.
