'Entrepreneurship' and ' regionalisation' are among the very few words that have attracted so much attention in recent years. Initially, these two issues arose independently of each other; one need not go regional to be an entrepreneur, conversely, going regional does not necessarily make one an entrepreneur. However, the two issues have evolved to be come closely integrated and interdependent.
