Summary:The SimBoolNet is a Cytoscape plugin to simulate the dynamic change of the signal transduction network with Boolean Model. Provided with a user-specified signal receptors and level of CNV mutation, this tool simulates the response of downstream genes and compare it with normal situation. Variation of change will also be computed as ratio of changes. Scanning for significant changes enhances the efficiency in exploring the most affective genes to be involved in propagating mutation signals. It can be used to generate and facilitate exper- imental studies about research in drugs that activate tumour suppressive sig- naling pathways. Ability to carry out static simulation for preparing dynamic simulation more efficiently will be an extended function to this project.
