Description
Summary:The purpose of this project is to investigate on automating process in relation to thermal and fluidic modules. The central ideal is to design, fabricate and program different aspect of devices which involves the skills set of a mechatronic engineer. The mechatronic solution is developed and constructed before handing it over to another engineer to integrate it to the main device, hence, completing the prototype. This out sourcing concept can shorten production time and prove to be effective as each engineer has its own specialization, therefore, optimizing its efficiency. Although this project is of a smaller scale, the mechatronics fundamentals and principals are similar to projects of larger scale. Through the involvement of several prototype projects, a wide array of devices is touched on, ranging from digital to analog logic. This exposure is fruitful as it allows the bridging and appreciation of putting mechatronics theory to practical use.
