And NTU has taken a part in this pilot project. Consumer Energy Portal is needed for NTU so that the energy consumers in NTU can get their information of energy consumption and encourage them to use energy in a intelligent way. The work I have done is to improve the function of Electricity Billing System for NTU Customer Energy Portal. The first step is to read the database which is designed by other Final Year Project students and use the information I need. Then I designed two webpages. One is to help energy consumers to get the billing information. The other is to help the administrator to send bills to energy consumers. But the Consumer Energy Portal still needs two functions. First, the billing system needs a webpage to display the billing data to the administrator of CEP. Second, this billing system needs a webpage or a program to transform the data to PDF format.
