Description
Summary:The purpose of this final year report is to use existing mathematical representation of Balanced Allocations which involve the field of game theories studies and to explore the possibilities of applying alternate strategies to games with more realistic market design in Singapore. A series of fundamental theories and basics concepts in game theories studies from classical representations to the current modified versions such as Nash Equilibria will first be reviewed and applied accordingly in the discussion throughout the report. Through research and case studies of most commonly presented games, the author would look into existing representation of game results, analysis the strategies taken by the players and introduce alternate strategies to obtain an optimal outcome or desirable result of the game. Finally with the algorithm, application and analysis will be discussed in Singapore existing Market design. Relevant issues and problems which the author observes in the case studies of market design will be discussed at the end of the report.
