This paper is an extension from previous work on several important aerodynamic effects impacting quadrocoptor flight in incumbency beyond normal hover conditions. The hypothesis of these effects on quadrocoptor performance is examined and control techniques are presented that compensate for them accordingly. The paper mainly focuses on the development of a quadrocoptor as a delivery vehicle which can carry out parachute deployment system using a designed servo enclosure box. The aim of this project is to address the needs for contingency transportation network until reliable conventional transportation modes are established.
