Thus, the objective of the Final Year Project - A Low Power Portable Bioelectronics Holter Monitor for Arrhythmias Detection is to study, design and develop a portable holter monitor prototype to actively monitor the heart condition of the patients, providing real-time information to the patient and care-takers, promoting timely treatment. The purpose of this report is to present the documentation of the relevant literature review done to provide the background knowledge of arrhythmia, the hardware design review and development of the low power and portable holter monitor process. To increase the robustness of the system, further improvements and recommendations is provided at the later part of the report.
