In order to investigate nanonetworks, general theories about nanonetworks and molecular communication are necessary. This project starts with introduction of this background and with the help of N3Sim, diffusion-based molecular communication model is investigated. The research results in this paper include diffusion-based molecular communication LTI channel property, pulse shaping, modulation scheme, and nano-MAC protocol.
