This project used the Microsoft Kinect to provide children with an engaging experience while teaching them the steps to take a shower. The experiment was conducted with 6 boys around the age of 8, and was very successful, eliciting excitement and interactivity from the students. In conclusion, virtual reality is a useful platform to teach life skills to individuals with ASD.
